I use AI in a few different ways to help our clients get the best possible results from their campaigns.
Let’s start with analytics.
Most of the tools we use to review campaign performance now include some form of AI. These tools are built to help us understand what’s working – whether that’s on a website, in an email, or on social media – and what isn’t.
In practice, that means we can dig into the data more quickly.
We can spot what’s going well, and where we might need to make a change.
But AI isn’t just useful for reacting to what’s already happened. It’s also a big help when we’re planning ahead.
Take keyword research, for example.
We often start with a long list of keywords that we know our client’s audience is searching for. Rather than go through hundreds of keywords manually, we use AI to group those searches and help us find clear patterns.
Through that, we can help our clients quickly understand what their audience is actually looking for. Then, we can help our clients reach that audience with content that answers their questions.
Used in the right way, AI doesn’t replace people – it gives us more time to focus on the big picture for our clients.
Even in our first meeting with a new client, AI can make a big difference. We use a tool that transcribes our meetings automatically. That means we don’t have to take notes while we’re talking to you, so we can focus our full attention on the conversation at hand and listen to what matters most to you and your audience.
At the end of the day, AI is powerful. But it’s not perfect.
It might tell us that traffic to your website has spiked. But it doesn’t always explain why.
That’s where we come in.
AI gives us the data. It’s our job to bring the insight and strategy that turns that data into real results for you.
