THE CHALLENGE

Reporting isn’t the same as insight.

Most organisations have more data than they can use. Dashboards, platform reports, CRM records and website analytics can all be available, but still fail to provide a shared understanding of performance.

The cost of analytics without clarity

Conflicting versions of performance

When tracking, platforms and reporting systems do not align, teams spend more time reconciling numbers than acting on them. Different channels claim the same conversion, confidence drops and decisions slow down.

Investment follows the easiest metric

The channels that are simplest to measure often receive the most credit, even when other activity is influencing demand, building trust or assisting conversion. Budget then shifts towards what is visible, not necessarily what is valuable.

Opportunities stay hidden

Dashboards can show that performance changed, but not always why. Without deeper analysis, forecasting and clear recommendations, emerging problems and growth opportunities remain buried in the data.

The measurement framework

Measure the whole journey.
Not just the final click.

We track performance across the full Flywheel, from first discovery and engagement through to conversion, retention and advocacy.

By connecting data across channels and stages, we can see which activity creates momentum, where people drop out and what is helping turn strangers into prospects, leads, clients and promoters.

“exceptional™ gave us really critical evidence to make quicker, better decisions, so that we were making sure we were squeezing every last drop of potential out of the campaign in terms of how we were engaging people.”

Most agencies ask you to commit before they’ve proved anything. We don’t. No pitch. No obligation. Just strategy.

You ask. We answer.

What types of data and platforms do you work with?
We work across all major analytics platforms including Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Data Studio, Search Console, advertising platforms, CRM systems and more. We connect your data sources so you get a single, accurate view of performance.
How do you ensure data is accurate and reliable?
We begin by reviewing how tracking is currently set up, what each platform is recording and whether the data matches the actions people are taking. We check for missing events, duplicate tracking, inconsistent definitions, attribution issues and gaps between platforms. We then document the setup clearly and test changes before relying on the data for reporting or decisions.
How do you measure the impact of organic social beyond likes and followers?
We agree what success looks like before activity begins, then report against the outcomes that matter to your organisation.

Depending on the objective, this might include relevant reach, engagement from priority audiences, website visits, content consumption, enquiries, assisted conversions, brand searches or the quality of conversations generated.

We also look at which themes, formats and contributors are creating the strongest response, so reporting informs what we do next rather than simply recording activity.
Can you help us forecast performance and ROI?
Yes. We can use historic performance, conversion rates, sales data, market conditions and planned investment to build realistic forecasts. Forecasting helps identify what level of activity may be needed to reach a target, where the biggest opportunities sit and how changes in budget or conversion performance could affect results. We treat forecasts as planning tools rather than guarantees, and update them as new data becomes available.
